Unfortunately still no luck Smiley Sad I remember in December/January I had some error when I tried to register, now after "retrieving device information" page reloads and goes back

After speaking with our engineers, it seems that we would need the IMEI number of your phone to continue looking into the issue. Also, could you please confirm if you have tried to register with this number or with your Serial Number?

Yes i tried both IMEI numbers and serial number. 

Do you want me to send you IMIE and serial number via private message? 

Do you want just a numbers or screenshot of it?

Hello,

 

Has this issue been resolved? I have exactly the same problem!

 

I choose "Add a new device" I enter IMEI/Serial Number, I press “Add”, the page refreshes and shows "You don't have any devices."

 

I tried to register my phone when I bought it almost 10 months ago, but I gave up.

Now I am trying again from my desktop, but I can’t add my device.

 

  • I have read all the posts I could find relating to the registration problem.
  • I have tried all the alternative links you and other members have suggested,
  • I have tried changing the language settings of the support page,
  • I have tried with different browsers (Chrome & Mozilla),
  • I have tried entering both IMEIs and the S/N (one at a time)
  • I have deactivated the ad-blocker
  • I have followed the directions mentioned here 
  • I tried all the advices posted here and here

 

To make things easy for you, I have updated my profile with the current phone, carrier, and IMEI number and have enabled the Motorola Privacy Settings. Yes, you can sneak into my device, although the problem is not with my apps, but with your page.

 

I bought the device from the official Lenovo shop in Greece, it is reteu, runs Android 7.1.1 (no update for my device yet).

 

Anything else you might want to help you solve my problem?
