Does the Moto G5S Plus support OA (Android Open Accessory) 2.0?

Hello,

How can I tell whether the Moto G5S Plus supports OA (Android Open Accessory) 2.0? I have an app to connect to the Pioneer car radio, that needs it to be fully functional.

Regards,
George

Hi gewe,

Thanks for writing to us, wish we could help you with this. Please be informed that AOAv2 audio is deprecated as of Android version 8.0.

Thank you for your reply. Strange that my Moto X Play, running Android 7.1.1 also does not connect properly. An iPhone 5S did connect without any problem.
Is there a replacement for AOAv2?
