Try that option too, but it didnt work.

Apart from this I have tried few other options like.

1. Clear Cache -- [NOT WORK]

2. Swap SIM -- [NOT WORK]

3. Networking Setting Reset -- [NOT WORK]

4. Create New APN -- [NOT WORK]

5. Boot phone in Safe Mode -- [NOT WORK]

6. Try changing config from [Removed] -- [NOT WORK]

7. Rebboted many times -- [NOT WORK]

Edited due to Site Rules Violation: Putting dial codes

Hi JB07,

Have you tried calling your carrier about it? Also, have you tried inserting a different SIM card if it's working properly?

Thanks

Yes same combination of 4G SIMs worked in another brand (Samsung , Oppo) phone without any issue.

I tried following combinations of SIM Cards.

1. Airtel + Idea

2. Airtel + Airtel

3. Idea + Airtel

4. Airtel + Jio

5. Jio + Idea

6. Jio + Airtel

7. Idea + Jio

Nothing worked, once you reboot ... dang ... dang ..

Can you please check only one sim card slot 2 and let us know. if the device still fails to detect then submitting your phone for repair would be the next logical action.

Thanks

Sandip

Yes, if I insert only one SIM card (SIM1 or SIM2) then it is detected.

One thing I observed, When I remove SIM2 and insert it in any other phone (any 2G 3G or 4G), use it, and then re-insert in fuxxx MotoG5SPlus again, it works well, but as soon as phone get rebooted then issue (not detecting SIM) re-appears.

So clearly it is not a Hardware issue.

And why not you try to reproduce this issue in your centre (if you have any).

I google the same issue and found that I am not alone who is facing this issue.

Hi JB07,

We couldn't reproduce it our best advice for this situation is that you submit your device for review and repair at one of our service centers so that repair engineer could examine your unit and provide a proper resolution.

Thanks
