I've already try uninstall all updates, and it changes nothing^^'
The only other message app I have is Messenger, but Android Message is set as default messaging app. And I didn't authorize Messenger to access at sms/mms.
Sorry to be joining the conversation a little late. SMS is managed by your carrier and most issues can be traced back there. I would contact your carrier and ask if your phone is correctly provisioned in the network. For example, do they have the correct phone listed in your account or is it still showing your old phone? Just explain that SMS messages are undependable and you are getting an error.
