Sorry to hear that your phone won't charge or turn on. We'll do our best to help you. We'll be asking a few questions that could help us know the cause.

 

  • Have you tried to use different chargers to see if it will charge and turned on?
  • Have you tried to plug in the charger to the different electric outlets?
  • Is there a little light coming out on the top of the phone when you try to plug in the charger?
  • Have you tried putting the charging cable at a certain angle when charging it to see if it will charge?
  • Have you tried to let it plugged into the charger for hours?
  • Have you tried to press and hold the power button for a few seconds to see if it will light up?

I have used several chargers,cords and outlets none work . I have held the power and volume down button together I get the android but when I hit to try anything the screen goes black there is a white flashing light in upper left corner when try to charge I get the blue moto screen , battery icon screen, then 0% with charger cable pic then back to black screen

My Moto G Stylus will not turn on. If I hold power button in with volume down all I get is the sound of MOTO. Phone only 2 ,months old, ive tried several chargers. When I hit power and volume up I only get white blinking light at the left

If you have not tried yet, we would recommend you to follow some troubleshooting steps on our TROUBLESHOOTER here. It will help us further to resolve this. 

 

Please select Battery/Charging and then choose My phone will not charge.
