I understand your issue still haven't been resolved. Have you tried to update all of your apps? 

Can you share a sample screenshot showing the error message when trying to add a bank account from different apps?

Yes, I tried to add bank account after updating all the apps. But also I was not able to add bank account.

Hi  @ Abi2324 ,

 

Please send the first image through private message as it contains your bank information and email address. 

 

Have you tried adding an account from another bank? Can you confirm if this is happening to one specific bank account only?  This will help us determine if this is isolated to one account only.

I tried adding the same bank account from another motorala mobile, it worked. I think there is a problem in my mobile.

Please uninstall and reinstall the apps then add your account details again. Let me know how it goes.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps several times but, that doesn't work.

Hi  @ Abi2324 ,

 

Looking at your screenshot, the signal has an X icon indicating that you're getting a weak network signal. Could you try moving to a different area and make sure that you're getting a stronger signal? Let me know how it goes.

We would like to further look into this.

 

Generate a bug report when you get the error after adding your account. Enable Developer options first in Settings before adding your account.

 

To enable Developer options:

  1. Go to Settings > System > About phone.
  2. Tap Build number seven times. After the first few taps, you should see the steps counting down until you unlock the developer options. Once activated, you will see a message that reads, “You are now a developer!”
  3. Go back to Settings, where you’ll find a Developer options entry in the menu

 

Steps on how to generate a Bug Report:

  1. Go to Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Developer options -> Enable USB debugging > Toggle On.
  2. Enable Settings ->System -> Advanced -> Developer options -> Enable Bug Report shortcut > Toggle On.
  3. Once the issue is reproduced: Go to Settings -> System -> Advanced ->Developer options -> Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power-down menu.
  4. Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes to collect the Bug Report.
  5. Then upload the Bug Report to your personal Google Drive and then share the link of the Bug Report via Private Message.
  6. Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken.
  7. Please indicate the local time when you observed the behavior.

 

Please update your profile as well with your current phone model, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know, by sending your reply here, if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are the source of the problem.
