Thanks for updating your profile. I also received the bug report. 

 

I wanted to check one more thing. You said that you tried adding your bank details on another phone and it worked. Did you use the same SIM card you were using on your moto g5s when adding the bank details on the other phone? If no, please use another SIM card on your moto g5s then try adding your bank details again. Keep us posted.

Hi @ Abi2324 ,

 

Have you tried using a different SIM card when adding your account information? Also, could you please give us access to the bug report you sent me? I tried opening it but access is denied.

I received the new bug report. Our next step is to do a factory data reset. This will reset the device to the factory default state and it will clear out the memory buffers and reset the device and application data. Before doing a reset, please ensure any personal data is backed up. You can find your backup options here: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/utils/guided_assistant/g_id/5087

 

Before the reset, make sure you have your security information:

  • The username for a Google account on your phone. (Settings > Accounts)
  • The password for that Google account. If you've forgotten the password, you can reset it. Wait 24 hours before resetting the phone if you reset your password.
  • If you set a screen lock, make sure you know the PIN, pattern, or password.

 

To erase all data and reset your phone, Go to Settings > System > Backup.

 

To restore your data after resetting, you'll need to enter your security information. This shows that you or someone you trust did the reset and helps prevent others from using your phone without permission.

I apologize for not being able to get back to you sooner. Could you please confirm if you have any issues with sending or receiving regular texts and MMS messages? I would also recommend reporting this with the app developer since it is also not working on another phone.
