I complained loud and long enough trying to get my money back, but without success.
Lenovo did send me a replacement phone, which does me absolutely no good since I had already purchased a Samsung. The Moto serves as a paper weight/reminder of the foolishness of terrible customer service.

My wife has the exact same problem with her phone. We did a factory reset, and Google Maps still causes a crash. This is my first time buying a moto phone (Always bought Samsung in the past), and it will probably be the last seeing how Lenovo handles problems with their defective hardware.
