Still Stuck on 7.1.1

I had nothing but problems with Motorola. Tell me why I got no updade for my device. I go look for update, its says 7.1.1 is up to date. Its not, rest of the world got it long ago. Added all the problems this have caused me,, [Removed]. fix it please and I will promise you that I will never buy a Moto phone again, and therefor not disturb you anymore. Big waste of time and money. I REGRET THIS [Removed] PHONE

Can you please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

 

Need help on how to update the profile please use this link.

Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems

Its OK.

 

Its not an app. I did all the tips here. Reset and everything, many times.

 

Please help me fix the phone that never worked.

G5s Plus, 7.1.1 w/out updates, is it the time to end the relationships with Moto/Lenovo

Hello,

 

Had asked already on 15.02.2018, no answers.

Once again...

 

I'm still waiting for Oreo and newest patches.

Now have 7.1.1, NPSS26.116-26-18 and 1 June 2018 patch.

G5s plus.

Smart Assistant said "Incompatible device". Nice...

My phone was supposed to be able to update, yes or no ?

What do I tell the store I bought at, whats wrong with it ?

I read that all Moto g5s Plus was supposed to run Android 8.0. What is the case here.

Please help me out. Did I bye a broken phone ?

I hereby confirm that up to today 09.03.2019 there is no neither Oreo 8.1 nor actual  security patches.

Situation is not appropriate for me as it is unsafe to use the mentioned above phone further.

Please instruct me how to return the phone and get my money back.
