Unable to use Rescue to find my phone model

Hello Suman, Since yesterday, I'm unable to turning on my phone, this is the current displaying message: Bootloader logs Start up Failed: Your devise didn't start up successfully. Use the software Repair Assistant on computer to repair your device. Connect your device to your computer to get the software Repair Assistance. I tried but I"m stuck I can't find My phone MotoG5S Plus and enter the model number while trying to use Rescue. Kindly help me, Kind Regards, Samuel

I also experience the same problem with my cellphone, downloaded at the link https://www.motorola.com/us/rescue-and-smart-assistant/p
In accordance with the existing instructions and tutorials.
And already pressing the vol (-) / (+) + power button still can't read my device. When the key is pressed the message keeps appearing: Bootloader logs Start up Failed: Your devise didn't start up successfully. Use the software Repair Assistant on computer to repair your device. Connect your device to your computer to get the Repair Assistance software.
Please find a solution. Thxs

I have the same problem with my MotoG5S.  My device is dead so I cannot use Fastboot Mode or Debug Mode.  When I try to use Power-off Mode I am asked to use Fastboot Mode to select my device - which I cannot do.  When I used the app successfully a few months ago I did not have this problem.  What has gone wrong?

We are really sorry to hear this. We would like to advise you to send your phone to our service centre in UK, using free DHL labels that we would provide. In order to arrange this, could you send me a PM with the following information?:

 

-Full name. 

-Email address.

-Postal address.

-IMEI number of your device.
