Brand new BOOST G6 Play not powering on.

I received a new G6 Play for christmas, I activated the phone and then tried to power it on and nothing. I plugged in the factory charger and held the power for 20-25sec and nothing. I held down the Vol-Down & Power and nothing. Its outside of the 7 day return policy for Boost because it was a gift and they said to contact you. PLEASE help me.

Hi tbrenn2001,

 

Sorry to know about this. Kindly put the device on charger for at least 2-3 hours and then power on the device. See if you are able to switch the device on. When you charge the device, are you able to see the charging symbol? Kindly confirm.
