GPS problem

2020-09-26, 15:33 PM

Hello all,

I'm having GPS problems with a Moto G once more. I had this back there with G4 and had to abandon the device because no solution worked. Now the problems started with my G6. I ran the hardware diagnosis and it says 0 satellites connected. I tested all the solutions I found in the internet (mostly posts from 2019) regarding disabling battery optimization, disabling wi-fi/bluetooth connection etc and nothing worked. I'm really considering abandoning this device as well and never buy a Lenovo again, unless I can find a fix. Can someone help me?

Thank you

Have you tested GPS in Safe mode?

Yikes, sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Did GPS ever work for you on this device? When you performed the test, were you outdoors? Let me know
