Moto G6 doesn't start?

2020-03-30, 19:09 PM

I was using my moto g6 to hear songs when it suddenly blue screened and switched off. I am unable to restart it again by pressing power button. Also vol - button and power button simultaneous pressing doesn't work.

When connected to charger white led in front just blinks on and off. What do I do?

Does the G6 have an LED? I have G6 Plus and I don't think mine has one. Anyway, I am no expert, but I believe a flashing white LED means that the battery isn't at enough charge to boot. I remember seeing the same thing on an old Nexus 7 tablet, and leaving it plugged for a while (about 5-10 mins) was enough charge to boot.

Re:Moto G6 Play no funciona táctil

2020-03-31, 2:21 AM
Hola moto G6 Play falla.

Hi all,

Sorry to know about this and thanks for letting us know. I would like to inform you that the LED notification has been replaced with Moto Display. The white notification LED only lights when charging and the battery voltage is not enough to power the display. If you see this light, try charging the device until the charging notifications shows. If it still doesn't help, try with another charger and see how it goes. Let me know.

Regards,

Suman

Phone currently working now. I left it charging for approx 2 hours and the pressed power button for ~1min. It powered up after that.

Me again. After restarting phone worked fine for ~16 hours and then again crashed and unable to restart. This time there is no blinking light when connected with charger.

Thanks for trying! Have you checked with another charger as I suggested in my earlier post? If not, could you please try it if one is available and let know how it goes? Also, I would suggest you perform Battery Calibration
