Moto g6 Android 9 Pie Update

Hello, As per official statement by Motorola Blog, the moto g6 is among the eligible phones for the Android 9.0 Pie Update. As we are nearing the year end.....and Moto X4 and Motorola One Power being already updated to the latest OS. When will be the update be given to the Moto g6 in India.

Hello. I have recently contacted the support centre and they have told that Moto G6 "might' "probably" get Android Pie next month...

I think We will get the soak by the end of December expect the stable in 2019 jan thats what Motorola's techinacal team said

It's better that they deliver the update within this year, or else I don't get the fact of making promises you can't keep.

I completely agree with you bro they actually locked two of my threads also  the Mfn will begin when they will unlock that Mfn starting soon thread just like it's unlocked in Moto one power. Forum if they would have began the pie development at same time for all devices at the same pace we would have a stable or may be a soak release

I Is they would have started the development tests way before as one Moto g6 came on the geekbench listings with Android Pie running, it showed that the phone's benchmark scores have improved significantly after the update (that's a good point).
