invalid utf-8 its a more than a bad setup on 1 off device, its more like a file from mobile or wach have a non utf 8 character or somthing.
I try like you tell and still nothing, i try reset both, i remuve whats up, disable duo and remuve google account so no phone number was in my phone or watch and still same error.
When i start this topic i was thinking maybe somoane check frome you guis haw info about who is calling its send thru bluetooth and if somthing rong there. I just say... i dont know nothing about that.
I say that becose before upgrade to android 9 work.

Thanks for reverting, we can still look into this if you would like. We would need a Bug Report for further investigation. But as suggested, it sounds more like the watch/Samsung. See if you can get in touch with the support team to see if that helps.
Here is how to capture the Bug Report;
1. Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Tap on Build number 7 times on the build number to go into the developer options mode]
2. After the above steps Developer options will be enabled.
3. Go to Settings ->Developer options -> Enable USB debugging > Toggle On
4. Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Bug Report shortcut > Toggle On
5. Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Enable Bluetooth HCI snoop log > Toggle On
6. Once the issue is reproduced, Go to Settings -> Developer options -> Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power down menu.
7. Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes to collect the Bug Report.
8. Then upload the BugReport to your personal Google Drive and then share the link to the BugReport on the forums in a reply or via a private message.
9. Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken. Please indicate the time that you observed the behavior in local time.
