People can't hear me when I call them

2019-12-26, 20:28 PM

I can hear other people when I call but they can't hear me. I've restarted in safe mode, I've done the hardware testing, no problems there. I tried clearing the cache not sure it worked.

Hi Zatar,

Sorry to know about this and thanks for trying! Can you check with a different SIM card or network and see if it's the same? Also, let me know when did it start?

Regards,

Suman

Yes I tried both and it didn't change anything. I first noticed it 3 days ago.

Hi Zatar,

Thanks for trying! Reset your Network Settings and see if that helps. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset option > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.

Also, take the hardware test-- go to the app drawer > Moto Help > hardware test > take the full test. Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Suman
