Phone not seeing 4G

I've got my brand new moto G6 (Amazon UK spec - dual SIM 64 / 4). I love it, but ... It is not seeing 4G networks. Several people in the house are on the same carrier (Tesco mobile AKA O2). Their phones get 4G. I've got a brand new SIM in (yes, it's a 4G SIM), but no networks above 3G. I've tried both SIM slots, but it's the same. Anybody have any suggestions? The preferred network choice is set to 4G too. Should I be shouting at Tesco, Amazon Motorola?

All solved! The phone is fine. It was Tesco Mobile's fault. I had to get my old sim changed to a nano, and because my previous (ancient) SIM was not enabled for 4G, neither was my new one once they transferred my details onto it (despite what the numpty in the shop told me). One phone call to Tesco customer support (with someone who knew what they were talking about) and its all sorted!
