startup failed

It all started when my moto g6 started freezing way too often. it would freeze every 30 mins or so. And I used to just force restart and get my phone back to normal every time it freezes. But once instead of holding the volume up button, I held the volume down button, and now it is in flash mode. When I try to start or reset my phone or restart or put it in recovery mode it would just keep telling me that the startup failed and the device didn't start up successfully. The reason it says was fall throught from normal boot mode and failed to validate the boot image. it also gives an error saying failed to pass validation and backup to fast boot. I've tried using the lenovo repair assistant but it wouldnt even recognize my device. Can someone please help me in this matter.

Thanks for the details. Possible this is a hardware failure that's why the tool can't detect the phone. At this point, it is suggested to send the phone to service for repair. You can check the nearest one in your area here. Kindly contact them first to confirm availability.

When i hit repair and asked it to find phone it would say phone not found or aomething like that it would also give two numbers all zeros. And there will be no reaction from the app
