I purchased a Motorola G6 Play and shortly after, I started having issues with the screen being unresponsive and scrolling issues. I performed all the steps they told me to perform, and did a master reset on my own as a last resort. Nothing fixed the issue.
I contacted support, after a few conversations and purchase verification, they paid to have my device shipped back via overnight and 2 days later I received a brand new replacement. It works perfectly and I have had zero issues with it now.
It is an enjoyable device to use now.
