I can't register my device on https://motorola-global-portal-de.custhelp.com/app/mcp/my_devices/
When I click the button to add the device, it loads the page anew, telling me that I have no device registered.
(As already said here like 1.5 months ago)
Since my later question for an update on it (like half a month ago), got ignore. I am here again ask to please maybe get this solved or at least some status update on this.... This time in it's own topic, since apparently this is a bigger thing.

Thank you for posting. I'd like to help. Have you updated your profile with the Seial Number, carrier and the model of your phone? I would like to replicate this. Thanks.

yes I added one of the 2 IMEIs (not sure how I should enter a 2nd one or if that is needed) back then.
Also added the carrier and model a while ago.
Just double checked that they are in the forum profile.
