Dear Motorola team

 

I recently purchased a Moto G6 and I really like the phone so far.

 

Besides I found out the media volume is definitely too low. I can't really listen to any music nor Audible if I'm on a plane for instance.. 

 

Why this issue? Really the max volume level is not loud at all.

 

Should I send the phone back or wait for a fix?

unfortunately it is. i tried several headsets and all of them are too low.

Same problem here, in fact I was looking for a solution on Google and found this page, I wonder if sending the phone for repair or exchange would do any good as I'm afraid Ill get a phone with the same problem.
