My G6 plus gives me trouble with importing contacts arriving as Vcards in Gmail. I routinely send updated contact information for single persons from my PC's Outlook installation to my Gmail account as a Vcard (.vcf) file, then open the Gmail message with my G6 Plus Gmail app to import the .vcf file to my Gmail contacts. That used to work as a charm but recently has stopped, with the message "Vcard could not be imported. The format is not supported." Also when I download the Vcard to the phone and try opening it with the Contacts App, same message. The Vcard file is in Vcard 2.1 format, generated by Outlook 2010. Anybody know what to do?

Thanks again, Agent Rich. I have tried another thing: Mailing .vcf file to my Gmail account, saving .vcf to Google Drive, Importing to Android Contacts App, failed. Importing .vcf from Google Drive to PC Google Contacts application worked. It appears Android Contacts App is broken.
