i get a message saying the drivers were not successfully installed after connecting my motog6 to my computer not allowing me to transfer music file to my new motog6 help please

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Request you to check with below checkpoints & let us know.
* Check in safe mode.
* Tap on Settings > About phone and tap on build number seven (7) times. This will enable Developer Options. Then go to Settings > Developer Options and you will see USB Debugging so that you can put a check in the checkbox.
* Please check if OS is genuine or corrupted.
* Check if Android MTP drivers are up to date. Click here for drivers link. ( If it is Microsoft one)
*Update driver for Android Phone manually:
Step 1. Go to Start> Control Panel.
Step 2. Click “System and Security”, then “System”.
Step 3. Click “Device Manager” on the left list.
Step 4. Locate and expand “Other devices” or “Portable devices” and find the driver. If there is a problem with the driver, it should be labeled with a yellow exclamation mark.
