Don't buy that, no more updates will be provided by Moto, so your phone will be similar to another Lava or Micromax phone, I suggest you to buy Asus or honor phones. More better go for a NOKIA PHONE
What makes you say there won't be any updates for the G6? Got facts? An official announcement from Moto?

Here's a real fact, which is the past experience of customer.
Even after promising to give Oreo to G5 series, after 7 months, there is no indication or sight of Oreo.
And don't start with the reason of no dates announced by company. You may say it is coming at right time, but it is very late.

The heading of this thread is "Welcome to the Moto G6 / Moto G6 Plus / G6 Play Community"
Do you always welcome someone and then keep them waiting for a month without even disclosing the launch date?
Is the motorola g6 series ever coming to India?
I have been waiting without a phone from last 4 months and now I think it's worthless to wait since motorola doesn't seem to launch it in India anytime soon...
ASUS ZENFONE MAX PRO M1 seems to be a competing phone for the price budget.
even nokia is gonna launch NOKIA X (2018) which seems to tempt me now... been a moto user but now it seems I'll have to switch to some new company. ADIOS

I spoke to a Moto Rep at a Verizon store and there will be NO G6 Plus in the USA. I personally just ordered a dual SIM International G6 Plus after hearing this info. There will be 4 models, G6, G6 Play, E4 , and E5. Also spoke to moto customer care and they confirmed the info. I just hope the Boot Loaders are Unlockable...
Haven't you seen the US launch event

In Canada, buy the unlocked version of the Moto G6 Plus at amazon.ca or walmart.ca. In the US, buy the unlocked version at amazon.com. It is a pity that Motorola/Lenovo would not make these available themselves.
