I have bought GOTO G6 3 months back . The numeric key pad does not work during IVR . I am very disappointed to buy this phone .
The numeric key pad does not work for any of the IVR's .
My mobile operation is Airtel 4G .
Is there any solution for this problem ? I am very disappointed for buyting this phone . I would never recommend this phone to anyone

Sorry to hear about the ongoing trouble you have been facing. This sounds like carrier related issue. Can you try to disable the 'Mobile Data' on your device and try again? Also, request you to test with another 'Network provider' on your device and let us know how it goes?
