ap the lightning bolt in the upper left of the screen and make sure the flash is On. Try to restart your iPhone (press and hold the Home and Power/Sleep buttons). Turn on the Flashlight from the Control Center. If it works well, your camera flash is also ok.

camera flash didn't illuminate

Hi..my camera flash didn't illuminate.. I had been having this issue now and then with my camera flash and when I switch on my flashlight. Plz solve

Thanks for posting back. I merged your post here so we won't clutter on the site. If you have tried the suggested troubleshooting here and flash still fail, I would recommend doing a factory data reset (Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory Data Reset). Backup your files before doing it so you won't lose any of your important files. Also, please do not reinstall/restore your apps right after resetting the phone. Test the flash and see if it's working, otherwise, I suggest having your phone repaired, possible it's a hardware failure.
