"System UI" crashed, phone stopped working at all, need immidiate help!!

I purchased Moto M a week ago. Yesterday it stared displaying warning "System UI can not be used please try to allow permission". But today morning when i started youtube it displayed same warning again and stoped. Phone stopped working at all. only showing warning nothing happen on clickin buttons 'OK' and 'Cancel'.

Need Help!!!

 

 

Now it switched off and only vibrates when i press power button, nothing happened.

You can try rebooting into recovery and doing a reset. If that fails service/replace is the next step. 

 

Here are some great troubleshooting videos that cover safe mode, cache clear, and factory reset. Try these suggestions and let us know

after factory data reset its working thanks..
