Re: Moto X Force replacement lens?

Hi blako,

 Motorola do not sell phone replacement parts as we do have service centers to help you get your repaired or fixed. We advise customers to send their device for repair to authorized service centers in order for their device to get the right parts needed for their phones.

Re: Moto X Force replacement lens?

Why not just purchase a third party tempered glass cover?

Dear Jess,

In fact Motorola does sell this item in the U.S.:

https://www.motorola.com/us/products/moto-shattershield-replacement-lens-droid-turbo-2

Please inform us on how to order this product in other parts of the world.

@NTwoOo

This will void the warranty on the phone.
The shattershield lens is part of the phone.

Hi savahu,

 If you are referring to the Shattershield or the outer screen of the phone that serves as tempered or screen protector of the phone, yes, it CAN be replaced and buy it. But if you are referring to the display or the actual glass or screen of the phone, the phone should be replaced if it's broken.

Re: Moto X Force replacement lens?

I think from the topic title it is clear the OP was looking for the shattershield top layer.

It is advertised as being easy to replace, but it is impossible to find. :-( I don't want to pay for a reparation or miss my phone for 6 weeks to get this layer replaced.

We should be able to purchase this easily. Actually since they get scratched so quickly spare ones should have been included with the new phone.

I've been looking for the same thing for months now. Still no luck. Man Frustrated
