Moto X Force software upgrade to Android 7.0

I have a Moto X Force running Android 6.0 very slowly and I want to do a software upgrade to Android 7.0.

When I ask about updates in Configuration\About the phone  it replies that it is already updated.

How can I Force the update?

Thanks

Carlos

Re: Moto X Force Automatically switch off after nougat update

Hi Carloscunha,

I'd like to take a look from my end. Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well.

Need help updating your profile? See here. https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Forum-Feedback/Complete-your-forums-profile/td-p/3339943
