Unable to sign in after hard reset

2020-10-19, 15:02 PM

Trying to login after the format, always getting "Unable to sign in to device due to a unknown error. Please try another account or try to sign in again after 24 hours". Tried logging in with my gmail accounts after 24 hours, almost 10 times, it still give the same error. How to solve this.

Hi Btonape,

Looks like you're locked out after doing factory data reset. I've seen similar reports regrading this, kindly check this link from Google. Try recovering your Google account through this link. Once done, try signing in again. See if that helps. Please let me know. Thanks.

I have tried to login with all my accounts, tried changing the password, tried after 72 hours. Nothing is working.

Hi Btonape,

Thanks for additional details. Can you please create a new account and see if you can sign it in? Also please confirm if you're seeing an option to skip signing in. Thanks.
