Moto x style -Touch screen issues after turbo charging

2016-09-16, 17:39 PM

I have ordered X Style and yesterday I got it. There was a turbo charger inside the box. But, it has 3 pins. And in my country 2 pins is a standart. So, I had to use a converter.
Anyway, after charging the phone the problems begin to rise. Left and the right side of the screen are completely not reacting to touch events. But after 30 minutes it seems ok. Could turbo charger be a reason? My brother has Nexus 6 turbo charger with 2 pins. But, it is 0.5A. But, my charger is 0.7A. Can I use it?
What I must do?
Thanks.

Regarding the the amperage - it sounds like you are reading the INPUT - you need to read the Output amps. The turbo charger will have 3 listings for output as it outputs at 3 different voltages. If there is only one output, then you don't have a turbo charger.

It sounds like you ordered your phone from a reseller that is importing phones from a diferent region if you have the wrong power supply. You will have to talk to your reseller - I don't think Moto sells phones in AZ.

My guess is that it is the converter that is causing problems, but hard to say.

Thanks for the answer. Yes, there are 3 output voltages listed in the both charger.  5v, 9v, 12v. But, my brother use his Nexus 6 charger almost a year and no problem has occurred yet. And it has two pins. Can I use it for my MXSE?

Any quality charger will work. A name brand Qualcomm Quick Charge charger will work so yes, you can use the Nexus 6 charger.
