No voice service after using *removed*

Hello,

I have the following problem with my Moto X Style.

Out of couriousity I took a look at the screen via **removed**  I didn't think it was possible to change anything here but problably it is because since then i'm unable to sent or receive phone calls. 4G data connecion works fine though.

Strange thing is, although I buoght the phone in The Netherlands, I can only select the US radioband in this screen. (As shown in the picture) Is it possible to change this somehow to Dutch again?

Many thanks,

Marco

Hi Marco275,

Sorry we missed you message. May I know what store did you purchase this from? Also, have you already contacted your carrier regarding this concern? Are you also able to send text messages when not in 4G?

Re: No voice service after using *removed*

If you read the house rules when you signed up for the forum, you'd know that the use of those hidden codes is not supported by Moto.  You can seriously disable the phone with those...as you found out the hard way.  Sorry...

We can't help you here, but your carrier may know a code that makes your phone functional again.  Or, have you tried calling Moto support?

Since we're not supposed to discuss these codes in this forum, I'm closing the thread.  Hopefully support can assist you.

Re: No voice service after using *removed*

My apologies. Yes I found that out. I read before that that screen was only to check the phone data and would not change anything.
The phone is not rooted so I didn't think one could change something that wasn't fixed by a factory reset.
Yes, I contacted my carrier but when was clear that the problem is the phone and not the simcard they were not willing to help.
I also contacted Moto support but they also couldn't help. Only that I could sent the phone to a repair center.

Re: No voice service after using *removed*

Hello Daisy,

I bought my phone at Media Markt, which is a big retailer here in the Netherlands.

Yes, I had contact with my carrier but when it turned out the simcard worked fine with other phones they said they could not help me.

On 2G and 3G no network services could be found.
