Similar to other stories, my Moto X Pure would not recognize the Cricket sim being inserted into my phone whereas all the other cellular devices had no trouble with it. I've been through the excalations team, called support, used the online chat service several times and was ultimately given "We ran out of resources to make a new phone." "We may get stock in a month or next week, I don't know." It's been a month since they've given me the RMA and I've been without a phone since. Is it impossible for me to be given a code that would allow me to go through the moto maker process again or someone who could actually forward the replacement process? I'm nothing unique but I seriously need my phone.
I know calling is helpless at this point. What do I do, I need someone's help.

HORRIBLE customer service here. Very disappointing. I guess I should have stayed with Samsung phones!!! RMA 160407-007023
