4G-LTE Display on Verizon

I got a new X4 a few days ago and I've noticed the lack of 4G showing on the top.  It shows LTE, but I don't recall it ever displaying a 4G.

All of my other phones are showing 4G and most times 4G LTE.

Is this normal with the X4 on Verizon or do I have a broken phone?

Thanks.

LTE is 4G - if you see LTE there is no gimmick about partial 4G like some carriers have done

You can look on the phone under settings-system-about phone-status-sim status or about phone -status-mobile network type

Those 2 areas will show your connection, but one may show 4g and one LTE - all phones are different, but modern phones 4G and LTE mean the same thing.

Re: 4G-LTE Display on Verizon

Yes, in both the data and voice type, it says LTE.  Guess that's OK?

Thanks.
