We have 2 KIA's, that only thing that I know that fixes this, is a different phone. I have switched to a Pixel 2, and my wife switched to a Pixel 3, and they have both been flawless in our KIA's.

Thanks for posting on the thread. Can you please confirm the exact model of your vehicle (Kia)?

2018 Kia Niro LX and 2020 Kia Soul LX Niether would reliably stay connected to Moto X4 Andriod One edition phones. Tried every recommendation on this thread. The only thing that worked was switching to a non-Motorola phone. Sad, because we really liked the phone, but not reliable in the car was a deal breaker.

Hi, I can also add to the issue of the X4 not working with KIA. It suddenly jumps to the 'phone not responding/usb connecting' crazy flashing randomly. Usually seems to happen when the phone drops from a strong signal...but that should not cause the USB to disconnect completely. Have fully updated all apps, cleared caches, tried cables, etc. Nothing works.

I recently bought the Moto One Zoom with Android Pie and my Android Auto always disconnects after a few minutes. It seems to be a bug with Android Pie in Motorola.
My car is a Toyota Yaris 2019 in Brazil.

Hi, so any update on this? There have been multiple threads on this, people still cannot use their phones with AA. What is Lenovo doing about this?

Thanks for reporting. I'm still coordinating this with my team. I will report back here as well when I have an update. Thanks.
