Yes, the warranty information is showing. I bought mine directly from Motorola.

Hi,

 

I have the same problem.

Updated my profile as suggested (strange because previously I inserted serial which is also unique...)

Still can not add my XT1900-7 as a new device.

You should be able to register your My Stuff on your respective websites already. Choose your country here: https://www.motorola.com/country-selector. Let me know if you're having issues.

Cannot Register to the Website

@Agent_Rich : Unable to add device despite entering IMEI &/or Serial No. of my Moto X4. Keep getting this message "An error occurred retrieving your information. Please confirm and try again." Please refer screenshot. I'll keep trying.
