Paytm not opening with Moto X4 phone

Greetings,

I accidentally logged out of my Paytm app a few days back since then I can't use the Paytm app anymore.

The app opens and crashes in a blink of an eye and I can't even get a screenshot.

I'll explain what all I have tried till yet.

  1. Checked if my phone is using the updated chrome version for webview, since it's android 9 it by default used chrome
  2. Cleared cache, storage and downloaded app several times but no good.
  3. I tried the beta version of the app and even contacted Paytm but no help

I have tried everything I can, in fact, tried recovering my old data files of Paytm but still, it's of no use.

 

I have attached the log file of the crash and it stated some SQLite issue that was out of my understanding.

Please help.

Welcome to Motorola Forums and thank you for sharing the log file. Sorry to know about this and your efforts are highly appreciated in performing troubleshooting steps. I will try my best to help you with this. I would suggest you update the all applications available on your phone(Open Play store>>Tap the Menu icon and My apps & games>>Update all), if you have not updated. Restart the phone after this and check. Let me know how it goes.
