X4 not connecting to SIP

I cannot get any SIP client to stay connected on my X4.

 

I previously used the X Pure and had absolutely no issues using any SIP Client (Zoiper, Bria, ReachUC), but with this newer model, no matter which app, I cannot get it to connect reliably (maybe 30%). I have much more success if the WiFi is disabled (like 70%) but that doesn't help me when I'm out of cell range.

 

How can I do this?

We apologize for the delay in responding back. We just got feedback that SIP configuration is not generally supported on our phones due to certification requirements. We'll appreciate your understanding.
