Internet Issue only on some apps

Hi Everyone, thanks for helping me,

I have XT1789-05, Some apps can't access internet and some apps can access internet, with WiFi or Mobile Data, nothing change, in another device the apps not working in My Moto Z2 Force, will work fine, even I have Moto X 1st, all apps work fine in the Moto X, but in the Moto Z2, some apps when opened error can't access the internet, I searched and googled everywhere, I can't find a solution, can you help me please?

Hi AHMN48,

 

I appreciate your post. Can you share us what apps you can't access the internet?  Make sure they're up to date in Playstore. Try clearing the cache of the app in the Settings > Apps > Name of the app > Storage > Clear Cache. Let me know. Thanks.

Thank you for your answer, I already did, clear cache, clear data, uninstall and install again, only some apps has this issue, it's completely strange problem, for example, this app not work as well: Ziraat Mobile (This app for Ziraat Bank in Turkey) here is the Google Play download link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ziraat.ziraatmobil

please help me to solve this issue
one time I uninstalled Antivirus (Eset Mobile Security) as well, or any apps I thought to cause the problem, still I have the problem, I'm completely confused, please help me, I have one XT1789-02 and it's working fine with same apps, but my Phone XT1789-05 has problems!!!!!!!!

The biggest difference between the two models is one is a device sold in the US. The other is not but also has a dial SIM. Maybe the dual SIM is causing the issues you are seeing. But I don't know much about them to help further. We don't have dual SIM models in the US.

Hopefully Agent Rich can help. I never owned a dual SIM card phone, so I can't help much. But the only difference between models is that. So that's my guess as to why one has no problem but the other one does.

BUG REPORT FOR NORMAL ISSUE:
Go to Settings ->Developer options -> Enable USB debugging > Toggle On
Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Bug Report shortcut > Toggle On
Once the issue is reproduced: Go to Settings -> Developer options -> Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power down menu.
Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes to collect the Bug Report.
Then upload the BugReport to your personal Google Drive and then share the link to the BugReport on the forums in a reply.
Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken. Please indicate the local time when you observed the behavior.  

 

To enable developer options: 
1. Go to Settings > About phone > Build number  
2. Tap Build number seven times. After the first few taps, you should see the steps counting down until you unlock the developer options. Once activated, you will see a message that reads, “You are now a developer!”
3. Go back to Settings, where you’ll find a Developer options entry in the menu
