Moto mod suggestion

2017-08-13, 0:58 AM

Pleaseake a Moto Mod thin battery for Z2 Force with wireless charging. Maybe 1,000mah to keep it thin. I think the Tumi mod is a little excessive and weighs a bit much.

I'd also say that if there was a nice thin one with wireless charging that also had some case options that would cover it would be nice too.

There is a back that is JUST wireless charging

https://www.motorola.com/us/products/moto-mods/moto-style-shell-with-wireless-charging

But note that adds 3.25mm of thickness...and that is without a battery.

The battery I'm waiting for is the Turbopower one...no wireless charging, but adds a massive reserve capacity of 3490 mAh.

https://www.motorola.com/us/products/moto-mods/moto-turbopower-pack-battery

...although with all this extra capacity, it does add 6.58mm of thickness. It has not been released just yet.

A battery that big is better served with direct charging rather than hang about on a wireless charging pad forever, so no wireless charging built in.

I've got the Tumi battery mod but it's kind of bigger than I'd like. I would love a mod that is no larger than the camera bump. I'd prefer just a small 1,000mah battery to accomplish this. This would give a comfortable full day use with heavy use.
