Moto voice has stopped

2019-04-19, 6:20 AM

Hello,

I have a Moto Z2 Force, since today I started  getting the "Moto voice has stopped" pop-up constantly every 5 seconds.

I tried restarting the phone and clearing the cache of the Moto app but the problem persists.

Do you know how to solve this problem?

Deactivate the application by deactivating the confidentiality authorization

Hi,

It started on April 18th, no after an update.

Hi gonzaloaf,

Thanks for posting. Does it happen in safe mode? Also, check if the Moto Voice is up to date on Playstore.

To Enable Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until Power off comes up on the screen.
2. Touch and HOLD Power off on the screen until reboot to safe mode appears.

Let me know. Thanks.

Best regards,
Rich
