Motorola Z2 Force Service Woes

2019-06-24, 9:20 AM

Hi,

I have given my Moto Z2 Force which is under warranty at the service center on 3rd June 2019 as it was not registering on th network and the phone wa restarting. They said that it will take 3 days and there after everytime I visit them they prolonged for 3 days more. I got an SMS from Motorola on 22nd June that the service of the phone is completed and asked me to collect the device. When I went to the service center to collect it the service center manager says that the repair is not yet completed and that they are still yet to get the approval from the Motrola. I do not know who else to talk to and so posting it here. It had been 21 days since I gave it at the service center. I think the motorola is taking the customers for a ride by wasting the warranty period of the phone at their disposal. I will never again buy a motorola.

Update: Repair status shows that it is ready for pickup and yet the service center says that repair is not complete. Is there any authority that I can go to? Never ever faced such a stupid support service.

I'm surprised they are actually? Fixing yours instead of giving you a refurbished one! I've had problem after problem with my Z2 Force since I got it.

Here in India I don't think they give a refurbished one. I even asked them to provide a refurbished one instead of opening it up and changing the board itself. I am afraid they might damage other things or even get some scratches on the screen. This is the worst experience. Guess I should buy only iPhones from the next time.

As expected a full day had gone by and no body bothered to reach me. A horrible support service from Motorola.
