Hello Agent_Rich happy to see you as i purchased this smartphone in 16/02/2018 online from flipkart. And i was so happy to get this smartphone. But in September 2018 i feel some thecnical issue that i was not expect then i approach to authorized service center in surat gujarat they changed the motherboard which is in warranty period and again the phone start working properly but after some months in December 2018 the same issue is again occurs. I go to the same authorized service center they repaired it. At that time i was disappointed by this phone. In August 2019 when i was ?to my family i feel that my phone is not able to catch any signal either of sim card nor of wifi. Which is same issue which was occured in September 2018 and December 2018 but now third time i am suffering from the same issue. But now this smartphone is out of warranty they charged me 22000/- which not bearable for me. I mails so many time to customer care to solve the issue but not get satisfied answer from them and why this phone is automatically break down i don't know. On the other hand we in my family members have other smartphone like sony, Samsung, nokia which is very old but i have never seen such issue. Please help me why motherboard of this Motorola z2 force got stuck reptedly. And is it right solution to change it again and again.

Hi Sk56,

Thanks for further explaining and sharing. I'd like to help you troubleshoot this. Can you please update your profile with the current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. See here for the instruction.

Also, I'd like to get more details about the mobile and WiFi signal you're experiencing. Can you provide more details and set an example? Thanks.

Best regards,
Rich

Hi Sk56,

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for the photo. It's showing the job sheet you have for the phone. Did you send it for repair already?

Best regards,
