Re: Android P for moto Z2 play

Just got my June security update as well. I'm on the retla channel but in Canada; bought mine from amazon. I'm not holding my breath on android 9 considering the radio silence from motorola. I even had to manually upgrade mine to 8.0.0 since that didn't get installed either OTA.

Why?  Why do you want Pie?  So it can ruin your phone?  Have you seen how bad Pie is for the Z2 Force?  You think it will be better for the Z2 Play?

You are wrong, my Z2 Force is just working flawless with Android Pie, no such issues, battery backup has been drastically improved. Motorola  has nailed it with software optimisation, now eagerly waiting to experience it on my son's Z2 Play.

Looking at your website for many months, Android 9 Pie update of Moto Z2 Play is coming !!!
But its still not come... there are some Chinese products or brands are not good front of Motorola has given two two system update for them client....
But Motorola is failing to make its customers happy! It has been almost a year since Android 4 Pie your team is doing the test. But their testing is not complete. These all users are very embarrassing things for you & Moto.

Thanks to some solid local Black Friday offer I am happy to announce that - from my perspective - Lenovo/Moto may officially shove this update up their....nose. Greetings from a long term customer that will never do business with this company again.

Just curious, did you mean to make yourself anonymous, or did Lenovo not want us to know that you were a member that had made so many posts that you were at "Core Memory" level? I'm honestly to the point where I've had about enough of this fake "Motorola" company myself. Lenovo has ruined the Motorola brand!
