Uninstall the app that keeps popping them up... It's not from the phone, it's from something you loaded on the phone.

First, are you using an Amazon phone? If not you may have an app or two causing this. You can run your phone in safe mode and see if it stops. If it does then it's definitely an app that was downloaded.

Hi, I have the same problem like them. I am I am using a Motorola Z2 Force. But nothing of your suggestions to remove the ads is working. I already cleared all the apps that are not being used. I don't have this problem before but suddenly it came out. now I am crazy as hell thinking searching looking on how to remove this ADVERSTISEMENT. I couldn't reset my phone because I have too many files on it contacts and pictures. I BOUGHT THIS PHONE BECAUSE OF THE CAMERA BUT BUT IF THIS IS THE PROBLEM, YOUR PRODUCT IS A TOTAL S***. SORRY TO SAY. YOU CAN'T EVEN HELP ANYONE OF US.

You can do a reset. Contacts are saved by Google. Photos can be saved by Google if you enable it or just download them. Everything has a way of being backed up.
So we are trying to help.
These ads I've seen here are from apps downloaded to the phone and are not from the apps that come on the phone.
