Hello guys,

See they are "still working" on it. Do don't loose your patience. This is the only only company in entire world that takes so much care of its products so they never rushes to anything except launching some bunch of products which they can't maintain.

Don't you guys heard the proverb "Slow and steady wins the race"? In this case they are just a little bit slow so that whatever they do next it might beat Samsung galaxy note 10.

Just watch monthly security patch updates, after it is released by Google they test it by themselves for 3 months before rolling it to us. Even they are testing android 8.1 which they may not release it before android P . And talking about android P, god even don't know. And in this case it is just a camera distortion.

So ladies and gentlemen, those who are in real hurry about camera performance about this phone please go for Moto camera mod. In case if you can't afford it buy a digital camera point and shoot. In case you are too much concerned about quality go for DSLR.

Hi KiRiONGuts,

Could you please share me a sample photo. We'd like to see the actual photos. Thanks.

Hi Prantik0Andrea_B

got a feedback from the Camera Team. They believe this is hardware related and the devices should go through a repair to have camera module replaced. You can check the warranty options on your region's website (motorola.in) (motorola.it) > under Support tab select Repair. Thanks.

Hello rich, my mobile is just 7 months old and i don't need any repair of my mobile since in india the service support for Motorola is not up to the mark. Rather i need replacement yo new mobile. I don't want to spoil my mobile after repair.

It is extremely disappointing to know that Moto don't do serious quality check on their product before each handset goes out for sale and I feel sorry to say that I'm owner of few of their products.

Since more or less most of the service centres of Lenovo/Moto has reputation just from the bottom of the list, I'll prefer not to go with the option for opening up my phone in service centre.

Hi GutsPrantik0,

Thanks for the sample screenshots. Our team already reviewed this. We highly recommend sending the phone for repair. You can check the warranty options on this link: https://motorola-mobility-en-in.custhelp.com/app/mcp/trackrepair2.

Hello rich i already mentioned I don't need to spoil my phone by sending for repair since the service is very very worst by Motorola. So I need replacement.
