Sorry to hear about that, we would like to help. Just to narrow down, may I know how frequent do you notice this? When did it start? Does it happen when you are doing any specific tasks?

I noticed it around 6 months ago and I thought it might be normal and will be fixed by an update. But recently it became very frequent, 4 to 5 times a day. It is happening when I am watching videos in social media, YouTube and playing some games. Sometimes when I open the phone from hibernation it will just shutdown.

Do you still need assistance with this? Please update your profile with the current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > System > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.
