Re: Moto Z Force - Bluetooth Will not Turn On

Add another one to you army of bluetoothless. This is clearly a mass distribution of faulty hardware. How many problems does it take to start a class action suit so they are forced to recall? Im still paying for this POS phone and then they want more cash to fix a product that is cleary jacked....First and last motorola phone.

Class action would require people going to a lawyer. Motorola owners are used to the abuse and just believe it's going to get better.

As I replied to in your other posts, Motorola and Verizon provide warranty support for your phone (Z Force Droid) - It should not cost you anything to have it repaired/replaced as you indicate you are in the warranty period.

It does cost if you can't spend a few days without a phone, and also requires you can out down $500 collateral. Most of us don't have an extra phone to use while waiting Motorola to check out their phone that they know will be broken. And warranties are about to start expiring.

Warranty service with most devices works the same way. Whatever brand of electronic device you buy. Many companies won't even cross ship a device - send broken one in and wait for its return is the only option.

In the past, however, Verizon would cross ship a phone with no cost or credit card hold (they did for me anyway). Maybe if you are prepaid they won't do that.

If a phone is a crucial device, everyone should have a backup plan. It could get lost, stolen, or fall into water. Or, it could just break, and not boot (Solid state storage does fail, usually instantly)

I understand you don't like the warranty options, but there are options.

I was told I would not be able to use my warranty because I have already received a few warranty device from Verizon. In other words I was told I'm stuck with a phone that does not work as advertised and the warranty is useless. I'm in on the class action lawsuit. Sign me up!

Same issue to the T but Verizon is sending me a new Z2 force because I received so many issues with the zforce... I hope I don't have any further problems

How is the warranty useless if they are sending you a new different phone?

He is in gods luck, no one else here has ever received an upgrade, other then receiving a refurb that will eventually need to be replaced as well (considering feedback provided by other customer who received a fixed one under warranty) Unless Lenovo/Motorola decided to pass the sponge over their problematic/unfixable z force and started to give away the z2 force... that would be great (I guess)

Having same issues as described above. It works after I restart the phone and join a Bluetooth device right after it boots. As long as it is playing an audio file it works, but if it stops playing for more than 60 the radio turns off again and can't be turned back on.  Hopefully Lenovo/Motorola can fix this or maybe a fix in Oreo?
