At the present time, to the extent that it can be solved, it is solved.  The only way to replace the Shattershield lens is to send it in.

Nobody is happy about that.

I have a temporary solution for anyone who needs a replacement lens. Just post here and I'll follow up via email.

Thanks -- sorry for this delay!

Please do not PM me - if you have issues, search the forums for threads on your topic and post there, or start a new thread. Thanks!

Posting here, please let me know what the fix is.  Hoping it's not getting a new phone.  Thanks!

Re: Moto Z Force scratched screens

Matt,

I purchased this device with out a screen protector after being assured a replacement lens would be available for purchase in the near future. Months later, a solution has yet to be provided. While this device is a great piece of equipment, it is becoming increasingly difficult to invest and have faith in Lenovo/Motos mobile division.

Please contact me directly with details regarding the current temporary solution.

Much appreciation in advance. Thanks.

Re: Moto Z Force scratched screens

Same issue here, I have two week-old moto Z force devices kept in OtterBox defenders when we aren't using the camera or speaker mods. Using a microfiber cloth to clean the screens was enough to scratch them... Amazing. I vote for the lens replacement as well as a complimentary tempered glass screen protector for each...

Re: Moto Z Force scratched screens

We have the same issue with the screens. The camera lens is the worst. Only 2 months old
