Moto Z2 Force Alarm and Volume Issue

I own a Moto Z2 force and I have noticed that after an alarm goes off, the ringer volume is always at 13% for some reason causing me to miss calls. Does anyone else with this phone have this issue, is it a known issue and does anyone know of a solution to this annoying issue?

Hi satyrbloodstone,

Thank you for posting. This is odd. What's your ringer volume setting before it goes 13%? Also, I'd like to confirm, are you using third-party alarm clock app?

Re: Moto Z2 Force Alarm and Volume Issue

I am using the standard clock app. My ringer volume is normally all the way up. But the ringer drops to 13% after alarms go off. This results in some missed calls and alerts.

Does it happen in safe mode?

To Enable Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until Power off comes up on the screen.
2. Touch and HOLD Power off on the screen until reboot to safe mode appears.

Just to turn off and on the phone to boot back in normal mode. Let me know. Thanks.

Re: Moto Z2 Force Alarm and Volume Issue

Do you have a Bluetooth smartwatch connected to your phone, when my smartwatch is connected when I used my phone to make calls instead of using my watch, the volume on my phone turns off or goes to 10%
